Indian women are known for their curvy bodies and size zero was just a trend picked from the west, was made famous by a Bollywood actor here in India and now it is gone. Curves were always hot and will continue to be hot suggests yoga guru Malhar Pandya. He says, "Kareena suddenly lost all her weight and went from flab to fit without people getting to know of it. Hence everything was just all of a sudden and next moment she was everywhere making front page news."

He adds, "But I am sure most of you would agree with me, Kareena did not look that hot in size zero as she is looking these days. The curves that she has are making her look really hot and now she represents a perfect Indian Bollywood actress."

Most of our fitness gurus are of the opinion that size zero is nothing more than a skinny skeleton figure while curves are hot, healthier and make any women's body much more beautiful. Studies also reveal that men prefer curvy women over size zero and skinny girls do not make for a perfect Indian women picture.

Says Priya Bhatija a famous celeb trainer, "Curves are healthier and anytime look better than size zero. I think size zero is just not Indian while most of our females are proud of their curvy bodies."

Actresses like Shilpa Shetty, Chitrangada Singh, Karisma Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Bipasha Basu, Sonam Kapoor and now even Kareena Kapoor are known for their hot bodies and can carry almost anything from sarees to bikinis with élan.

Now if you're tempted to get those sexy curves here are a few options for you. Other than exercise, eating right and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is vital to get that hot bod. Pandya says, "Indian women can achieve curves easily as their body is somewhat inclined in that shape. Women all over the world can’t boast of voluptuous curvy body that our Indian women can have."

Yoga, power yoga, walking, exercise teamed with right eating habits is enough to get those healthy curves suggests Priya. Surya Namaskar if done properly and in right amount will do wonders for your body and will also help improve your stamina. Working on problematic areas like stomach, waistline, arms and butts by doing crunches, push-ups, biceps and a few cardio exercises can help you get attractive and sexy, adorn with the curves you will be proud to flaunt.
